Project Description
JLL is a financial and professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate services and investment management. The company has over 58,000 people across 230 corporate offices worldwide that serve corporations’ and investors’ local, regional, and global real estate needs in more than 80 countries. HSB Architects + Engineers was fortunate enough to work with the Cleveland team on their endeavor to revamp the local offices located in Key Tower earlier this year. JLL is a company that is committed to helping investors and end users understand and navigate the intricacies of commercial real estate, bringing real value to their clients. They needed a space conducive to this type of work for their employees, their clients, and any interface between both parties. To do this, HSB created highly functional public and private zones. The team’s inspiration for the interior design came from JLL’s modern corporate culture, blending with the pre-existing classic design elements within Key Tower. This concept is reflected in the finishes, from the large format and textured stone tiles to the rich walnut and glass elements. Most of the space is warm, welcoming neutrals, finished with stimulating red pops to reflect their corporate logo. JLL’s new Cleveland office will help attract, nurture, and reward the best and most diverse people in their industry, who can help develop enduring client relationships built on quality service, collaboration, and trust.
